Each Day

Why me? Why my friend? Why my family?

Anxiety. What comes into your head when you hear that word? Bit scared maybe? I’ve been there, having a friend with anxiety may make you scared because you don’t want to say the wrong thing. DON’T. There’s no need to be scared. People fighting anxiety will become scared of you.

So what is anxiety?

A hard question. Especially when you’ve never experienced it. For me, it feels like your wading in water, and in your bad days, you’re drowning and can’t catch you’re breathe. Every experience is different. You feel different. You react different. Anxiety and come into anyone’s life. But don’t avoid this issue. If someone comes to you to talk, don’t brush it of because this can be a hard step to take. Acknowledge there illness and find ways to help them.

Depression

It’s like drowning……….

Except you can see everyone around you breathing. It’s a struggle. You can’t just try to be happy then the sadness will go away. It’s a hovering cloud.

Each day:

  • Each day these are struggle for people to overcome
  • you’re not the only one going through this everyday
  • each day you are fighting
  • each day you’ve finished you have become stronger

find the beauty in everyday

Reminders:

  • I am amazing
  • I can do anything
  • I choose to be positive
  • I know my worth
  • I will succeed
