Whatever happens – keep moving

Do you ever have them mornings when you feel like giving up before the day has even started? The overwhelming fear of what the future will hold? It happens. You hide away your worries and thoughts and pledge to help others instead because it kind of makes you feel better, like your purpose is there for someone. Well let me tell you……

You have always had a purpose. You was brought here for a reason. Your here to achieve great things and carry far. But that’s ok if at this moment your not striving that far. Because it takes time. The world is a scary place and your so small. But YOU can and will do big things.

But this can come with a consequence. You need to put yourself first. It’s difficult. I feel that’s the hardest thing for you to take in. But you need to. Because you matter. Your health and well-being is delicate. Be there for yourself. Love yourself. And it’s ok to ask for help. Because you are never alone. Never keep anything to yourself. No matter how small or big.

And keep putting yourself first every time! Do it until you believe your doing it. It’s ok to say “no” when things get to much. If you need a rest. If you don’t feel comfortable. But slowly and surely you will come back out again. You will live and fulfill your dreams. Because you have the fight and bravery to get you through this. With every step forward you should be proud. Which is hard to tell yourself but YOU are doing incredibly well.

Take time out your day to do the things that relax you. Do what you enjoy. But most importantly, still keep putting yourself first. Get through it. Chose to live. Because even though you’ll have your worst day, there are people all around you who love you. And you love YOU. – “there’s new music waiting for you to hear, something you’ve never heard before” – Clay.

The other day I had to write a script on a given title of optimism. And at first I was stuck because at the time it was dark around me and it was cold. But I put myself out there. I chose me. And I thought. Taking pinches of optimism things would begin to change. Where there is a light switch there is always light. So turn on the switch and let the light guide you. Because really the power of the light is in your head. And sometimes the batteries need to be recharged so that the light can shine bright. Brighter than ever before. Care for yourself – get a blanket when it gets cold. Because there is always someone who loves you. So keep moving and fighting. Because it won’t last forever. Take care of yourself. Your so so important and deserve the very best. And I promise you that the best will come. Take the power of optimism and begin to view things in a new way.
